adequate stay with Some Issues
small room non-functioning air conditioning
the provided breakfast was satisfactory and met basic expectations.
the room was quite small i found it difficult to move around. the air conditioning did not function properly it impacted my comfort. i encountered excessive noise from the street i could not sleep well.

the staff was helpful and courteous .
the room was small it was difficult to move around i constantly bumped into furniture there was barely space to place my luggage the street noise was also a problem due to poor soundproofing sleeping was difficult.

amazing location, charming rooms!
central location excellent restaurant helpful staff easy exploration
i loved how central the location was for exploring. walking to the colosseum and trevi fountain only took about 20 minutes. a great little restaurant right at the entrance was super convenient. the staff (alessandro and jhun especially) were always ready to help and made everything easy.
The elevator was quite small. It was a tight fit with luggage.

convenient location generous variety friendly staff
i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to the termini station. the breakfast buffet offered a generous variety. the staff was always friendly and ready to help with directions.
the bathroom floor was quite slippery after a shower. i had to be cautious to avoid any accidents. this could pose a risk for some guests.
